Emmanuel released his book, How To Make Bread, in October 2011, with rave reviews for his easy to follow recipes accompanied by step-by-step image guides.
Covering everything from yeasted breads, sourdoughs, gluten free loaves and sweet treats this is a must have book for all keen home bakers.
Having been with the School since we opened Emmanuel has helped develop and deliver all our baking short courses – and the likelihood is that you may have been taught by the man himself!
