There’s no better way to discover what we do than by attending an open day. So why not join us this weekend?
On Saturday 20 October head to the school for plenty of tasters, tours and demonstrations.
Join our tutors and diploma students as they get baking, chocolate making, cheesemaking, butchering and more.
Our chocolatier, Ross Sneddon, will be sharing his creations on the day
Explore our training rooms, learn new food skills, meet our experts and go behind the scenes in the Welbeck Bakehouse and bask in the warm of their wood-fired ovens!
It all kicks off at 11am, and everyone and anyone is welcome. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday!
